I sent this information to Dale Brouk, so he can address it. The developer / contractor had early discussions with the property owner soon after the rain events occurred. The area was immediately cleaned, but future rain events occurred before the proper detention facilities were in place. At the time, the homeowner opted to have the trampoline hauled to the dump instead of have it cleaned and restored. I believe some of the discussions were negotiations between the homeowner and developer (including a new trampoline) for the temporary construction easements, but those discussions ceased when the property owners didn't want to give an easement due to the impact the existing trees with the construction.

The city staff will work with the contractor to clean up the sediment around the playground area.

I saw on an online thread the attached comment. Has this site been restored? What is the status of it?
