Below is Chris Williams' response to your question yesterday regarding the staff condition on the ordinance for The Meadows At Creekside preliminary development plan -- related to screening for townhome lots fronting Brink Meyer Rd. I don't think we should make any revisions to the ordinance as written. It reflects the Board's motion from last Tuesday night. If there are no longer any townhome lots fronting Brink Myer Road, the condition is inapplicable and doesn't require them to do anything. We can always follow-up later after the ordinance is approved with a written clarification to them stating that we acknowledge the condition is no longer applicable to the plan or something like that.
