Chris -

What steps do we need to take to have all of the agreements executed? Is this something you will coordinate with the legal counsel with Park University and Foutch? Also, what else do we need to do in regard to Chapter 353 and Chapter 100? It looks like Foutch is on an aggressive schedule.

No word from MoDOT. I asked again yesterday.

I will check on the funds transfer instructions.

Now that the Board of Aldermen has approved all of the agreements, we actually have to execute each one. I will contact our City Attorney to communicate with your legal counsel and Park University's to navigate through all of this.

Wondered if you had heard any word from MoDot yet on the turn lanes?

I am working with Tom to get the CID loan in place. I think his bias is to close on the CID loan slightly ahead of our transaction closing on the building - likely in 2nd or 3rd week of June. Once he does that, the CID funds will flow to the city. The city will then need to contribute the funds at closing to the project. Please let us know what your wiring instructions are for an account at the city that can accept these funds. We are targeting a closing toward the end of June. If it doesn't happen that week, then it may fall to after the 4th of the July due to holiday travel for key signatories at our shop and the lender.
