First Time Users
The best place to start is at the Category Listing menu item. It has some predefined search terms based on commonly used categories.
Alternately you can review Random pages.
Search Bar
You can use the Search Bar in the upper right hand corner to look for specific words, patterns or phrases. "Exact phrases" can be searched by placing a colon between the words. For example, the search string of in:this:ward
, will return content with the exact phrase "in this ward" while the search string of in this ward
, will return any content containing the words "in, "this" and "ward"; but not in any specific order.

Custom Search Options by Categories
The following options are available for custom searches:
- Start your search in the pre-defined categories at the Category Listing page.
- Create a custom search logic based on category, sender, recipient.
- Combining fields together to create specific search requirements. Examples include:
- Picking two categories WITHIN the same category field with create an "OR" search pattern. For example: Give me the results of items in "Category A" OR "Category B".
- Picking two categories not in the same category field with create an "AND" search pattern. For example: Give me the results of items in "Category A" AND "Category B". You can do this with up to four categories.
- The "Sender or Receiver" selection area will give you the results of items sent or received by an individual.
- The "Recipient" selection area will give you the results of items received by an individual. These can be combined to look for items sent to multiple individuals.
- The "Sender" selection area will give you the results of items sent by an individual
- Picking two categories WITHIN the same category field with create an "OR" search pattern. For example: Give me the results of items in "Category A" OR "Category B".
