Chris,

I'm in the process of reviewing and verifying the property information. Attached for your reference is the newspaper notification for last year's Parkville Marketplace CID notice; as well as the mailed letter notification to property owners. Let me know if you need assistance updating them for the Meadows At Creekside CID. Shakedra can contact the local newspaper and prepare the certified mail to send them out.

The applicant's desired timeline shows the newspaper notification being in next Wednesday's (Jan. 16th) edition. Even though their schedule states next Monday (Jan. 14th) as the deadline for submitting it to the newspaper, Shakedra and I have a close relationship with both local newspapers and are able to provide them notice as late as Wednesday morning if we need to do so.

Anyway, let us know if you need any help. Thank you!

Rick and Chris,

Please find attached The Meadows at Creekside Community Improvement District Petition. With the term sheet providing that the property in the southeast corner for the residential uses does not transfer until the CID is established and the assessments are levied, we need to get this process moving forward. The timeline that is attached anticipates final approval by the Board of Aldermen on February 19, 2019. Please let me know as soon as you can if there are any issues with the attached schedule.

Please forward this to your client for execution and filing with the City Clerk. The Petition should be signed and notarized in two places: 1) the end of the Petition at page 7; and 2) Exhibit E which is the actual Special Assessment Petition. Once the CID is established, we will have a CID Board meeting to levy the special assessments as provided in the Petition.

Thank you for your help. If you have any issues, please let me know. Thanks.
