This will work well I think. I have a couple of questions.

Apex - Have any tenants other than Westlake been signed? I don't believe any have been announced. Construction of the 8,400 S.F. retail building is scheduled to begin. None have been announced but Nathan BeVelle, the Parkville EDC and the Platte County EDC are working with contacts made at the International Council of Shopping Centers (ISCS) Conference

Six and Park slide 5 - Is this rendering a reasonable facsimile of what is proposed, or is it a placeholder sketch? Yes, it is what's proposed

Lake Point Lodge slide 6 - the property HAS been rezoned - correct? Correct, the property has been rezoned to ``R-5 Multi-Family Residential

Slide 7 & 8 - Has Kevin submitted this, or is it something left over from a previous proposal? How many stories will it be? The side plan on slide #7 is Kevin's proposing; it will be 3 stories high when completed. Slide #8 is a drawing of a similar building, but it's shown as 4 stories, and the actual building will only be 3 stories.

Why is the National helipad considered new development? The slide was leftover from a previous presentation. If you use it, maybe it can be moved to the residential update.

Can you send me a copy of the official letter naming Parkville 8th safest in the state? The certificate is attached.

I pulled together a group of PowerPoint slides that staff has used in past presentations (still in rough form). Hopefully you can use some of them to build a presentation.

I can have Stephen put together a map that shows the city/county boundary mess along 45 Highway, if that would be helpful. I don't have anything on the mining operation at Park University.

Let me know what else you need and we can help chase down the information.

I have been asked to give a presentation to a large group of residential real estate agents in the local ReeceNichols office.

They specifically want me to cover new businesses (several of our businesses are also expanding), the Apex site, infrastructure updates (Hwy 9), closing of the mining operation at Park U, unincorporated Platte County Vs City of Parkville and possible annexation, events and charitable initiatives.

Could I get some staff assistance in deciding which projects to present, photos and content for the presentation? I can put it together if I have the data. Thank you.
