I've heard back from Mike Emmick but not Theresa Bentley. I'm going to try to reach her via phone later today.

Phil, Theresa and Mike,

On December 17, 2019 the City of Parkville approved the Downtown Parkville Redevelopment Plan to advance Vision Downtown Parkville's goal of utilizing economic development incentives -- via property tax abatement -- to rehabilitate buildings in the downtown. The plan established the Downtown Parkville Redevelopment Corporation (``DPRC) to review projects and make recommendations to the City's Board of Aldermen as to the appropriate incentive level (see attached PDFs for more information). Last year Mayor Johnston asked if you'd be available to serve on the DPRC; however, due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we've been postponing our initial meeting. Since the City has received two downtown redevelopment applications that need to be reviewed, and because the City is now in ``Phase Two of the Platte County Health Department's Three Step Recovery Plan, we would like to convene our first DRPC meeting.

The DPRC meeting will take place at Parkville City Hall (8880 Clark Ave) and shouldn't last more than an hour. I can reserve our Board Room so everyone can space apart. Please let me know your availability for meeting on Tuesday, June 30th. If there's not a time that works for everyone, we can look at future dates on the calendar. Thank you!
