I see now - that makes perfect sense.

I'm not sure if people who are looking for our TIF policy will think to look under meetings. And if people are looking for BOA meetings, they might not think to look under boards and commissions.

Is it too much redundancy to add a ``Boards and Commissions tab under city meetings? I'm not sure what the solution is

Yes - please add our TIF policy to the TIF Commission tab.

As far as the search function, I usually ignore all the social media icons and stuff - and don't bother to scroll down to the bottom of the page. I don't know if other people do the same thing or not. Ideally, it should be at the top after email signup IF the search function works well.

I would like to get a focus group put together to review the ease of use of our website. I know we've discussed before and you have asked for my input. I'm too close to the situation to be objective so ideally it would be a group of citizens providing input. I'll put some thoughts together on this.

The boards and commissions are listed under the Government tab under City Meetings. I updated it to this when we started posting meetings through CivicClerk. I can change City Meetings to Boards & Commissions so it takes people directly to the list of boards/commissions and is on the main drop-down list instead so it's easier to find. The sub-menus would still be links to the agendas, videos and how people can apply. Do you think this will help?

When you say TIF policy what policy are you referring to? I can add it to the TIF Commission page.

The site has a search function at the bottom of every page to the left of the social media icons.

Thanks,

Melissa

I can't find anything on the TIF commission or TIF policy. Where is it?

Where again are our boards and commissions on the website? I can never find it. How can we make it more clear where residents can go to find this info and how to apply for open positions?

Why doesn't the site have a search function?

Thanks
